Soft Opening was a success!
On tap for this practice run was:
Ryevival-a stout with coffee and chocolate notes.
Jubilation-a New England IPA with tropical notes and mild bitterness
Downtown Pioneer-a cream ale with noble hops tasting like a traditional lager
Breakneck Pace-a wheat beer with a mild honey sweetness and slight haze
Quality Street Catering is providing us with bar bite boxes. We had ham/brie/biscuits, turkey cranberry pinwheels, and old bay snack mix. This menu will be ever rotating!
Kneaded Baking Co is providing us with desserts. We had a buttery moonshine cookie and a fudgey stout brownie with a buttercream swirl.
