DDH Hazy IPA

ABV: 6.4%  IBU: 30 SRM: 5.5

• Appearance - Golden Orange with medium haziness white fluffy head

• Aroma - Citrus zest and tropical fruit and notes of hop dust

• Taste - Some initial hop bite, overall hop flavors of tropical and citrus zest balanced by a rich body and finishing with residual mild bitterness lingering on the tongue

​

Just like a winter storm system we brewed this one with the intention of making an impact. This  tastes of bright orange, peach, lime zest and mango skating across your palate. The hazy depth and body add a pillowy richness to balance out the tropical and citrus fruit flavors. It finishes mildly bitter with a lingering grapefruit zest that makes you want to dive in and start all over again.

Double Dry Hopped (DDH) beauty is our attempt at punching up the hop flavor and aroma in a hazy IPA. This beer carries the attributes of a cold winter day. When you approach it you notice the refreshing bite (the DDH adds a kick of fresh hop flavor and aroma). Like a deep breath on those frigid mornings after the snow, that first sip will surely wake you up! However, it follows with the clarity of a winter landscape in the morning sun, you soon notice all of the layers of flavor. 

 New England IPA

​ABV: 6.8% IBU: 18.6 SRM: 5.8

• Appearance - Deep orange color with medium haziness white fluffy head

• ​Aroma - Peaches, mango, pineapple with notes of orange zest

• Taste - Hop flavors of peaches mango and tropical fruit balanced by a rich body and finishing with residual citrus and mild hop bitterness on the back of the palette

• Hops - Galaxy, Dolcita, Mosaic

Like a Starman waiting in the sky, Hazy Cosmic Jive lands in your glass with a vibrant, glowing haze straight from the cosmos.

We loaded this New England IPA with Dolcita, Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Expect a smooth, pillowy body packed with waves of juicy peach and bright, exciting tropical fruit. It’s soft, hazy, and juicy like a slow voice on a wave of phase. This one is a rock and roll track with a “lotta soul.” We hope you’ll come and try this, we think it’ll blow your mind.

American Amber / Red

 

ABV: 5.4%  IBU: 24 SRM: 13.5

• Appearance - Red and crisp in color

• Aroma - Biscuit and piney

• Taste - Malt sweetness, mild caramel with some toffee notes complimented by slight pine hoppy bitterness

American Amber is red in color that settles clear in your glass. This Ale is malty and mild with only a hint of hops with a slight ester tang to round out the finish.

​

A Long Week That Went By Fast pays homage to school employees who often find themselves running from one task to another, to another, to another. Luckily, there are only 5 consecutive days to a school week. We recommend you find yourself an Everyday Saint bevy, recount your wins and manifest a better week than last.

Helles Lager

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 16.3  SRM: 3.2

•  Appearance - Light golden color, very clear frothy white head

• Aroma - Honey, mild grain, noble hops

• Taste - Balanced, noble hops and honey notes that are clean, refreshing, and crisp. A beer that tastes like traditional American lager (similar to large production brewery beers)

 

This Helles Lager was crafted to be clean and crisp with a mild yeast flavor. Predominantly light and easy drinking.

Clear in color. Coun'y Pounder was fashioned for the local crowd who may just be getting into craft beer. Our 'gateway' beer for guests who prefer a 10oz beer on most occasions. This is as close to a light domestic pilsner as we are willing to get.

Session IPA

 

ABV:  4.1% IBU: 52.9  SRM: 4.9

• Appearance - Golden in color, very little haze, ivory head 

• ​Aroma - Pine, grapefruit, hop resin

• Taste  -  Starts with a citrus rind and pine resin that lends a flavorful balance to the light body. Finishes smooth with a lingering hop bitterness. Easy drinking, West Coast IPA inspired session beer.

 

This beer is a liquid thank you to our friend,  Tom who generously lent us his barn for over a year to house our entire brewing system while we prepped our basement brewery. He also inspired the name during a memorable brew day when he  walked in and innocently asked us about the "unusual tank outside shooting  water out the top." We ran upstairs to find our  recapture tank overflowing, dumping  our clean, environmentally friendly irrigation water rushing down the back hill like a fountain.

 

This easy-drinking 4% ABV session IPA is packed with West Coast inspiration. Expect crisp notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a clean, refreshing bitterness from the blend of Citra and El Dorado hops. It delivers maximum flavor with ultimate crushability.  We dedicate this one to good neighbors, great help, and making sure you install an overflow valve.

 

 

Dark Cherry Sour

ABV: 4.8% IBU: 6.3  SRM: 3.4

•  Appearance - Light pinkish purple color with a rose colored head

• Aroma - Sour and sweet stone fruit notes

• Taste - The sourness of this beer is nicely balanced from the dark cherry addition. Finishes mild and gentle with no lingering bitterness, moderate sweet dark cherry on the finish

 

Don't let the name fool you—this sour stands out from the deck. It pours a soft, deceptive pink hue, delivering a lovely, refreshing tart bite that quickly gives way to a smooth, sweet dark cherry finish. You might have to offer it to the Dire Wolf if you cut the deck to the queen of spades but the cards are all the same. (I beg of you…) 

Kölsch

ABV: 4.9% IBU: 16  SRM: 3.3

•  Appearance - Pale blond, straw color, clear with a full white head

• Aroma - Light grain, sweet malt, subtle fruitiness

• Taste - Crisp, notes of honey and light breadiness. Finishes smooth, and slightly dry with a mild bitterness

​Since the opening of the taproom in December, we've struggled to keep all 10 taps pouring our beer. Many times, not only have we maxed out our fermentation capacity, there aren't enough days in the week to brew more beer. Some say it's a good problem to have. Well, actually, most people say it's a good problem to have. As the weather warms up, this Kölsch is our thank you for keeping us busy. It’s a hybrid ale that drinks like a lager—clean, bready, and dangerously easy-drinking. With tastes of honey and subtle fruit notes, this one is crisp, clear patio weather in a glass! Dunkelweisen

 

ABV:  4.73% IBU: 13.6   SRM: 20

• Appearance - Caramel Brown color, cream colored head

• ​Aroma - Toasted bread with subtle clove notes

• Taste  -  Malt sweetness, mild nutiness  with some caramel notes opposed by gentle noble hops

​

Our Dunkelweisen is medium brown in color with a slight wheat haze. This ale is malty and mild with only a hint of hops and a bit of a tang to round out the finish.

​

Wise Unkel Dunkel was originally brewed as an exclusive for Brudergarten's renaissance festival. It is wise beyond its time and has just a twinkle of mischief in its eye, kinda like your favorite uncle telling a story that sounds just believable enough to be true but has a hint of mystery that keeps you wondering.

For a refreshing Summer twist, try our Lemonade Shandy with your choice of Lager or Spicy Wit. We mix our Shandy at a half and half proportion of lemonade and beer.

​This is a mild spicy Mexican beer cocktail. Our version is mixed with our pepper wit beer, “I Don’t Scroll Like That”

Hard Apple Cider

ABV: 5.6%  IBU: 0 SRM: 4.2

• Appearance -Bright blonde hazy color, pours with carbonation and limited head

• Aroma - Sweet apple fruitiness

• Taste - sweet tart balance, with apple sweetness and a lively finish.

Our Hard Apple Cider has been fermented on brewer’s yeast. This offering is aimed at both sweet and dry cider fans alike.
