​This dockside-inspired Double Pale Ale is our liquid tribute to the classic Maryland Orange Crush and endless summer vibes. Rested on sweet orange puree and hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Citra, it bursts with bright tangerine aromas and a juicy citrus punch.
While it channels the spirit of the famous cocktail, it remains a true beer at heart, mimicking the refreshing snap of an Orange Crush, but with a firm, clean hop bitterness that cuts the fruit before it gets sugary. It finishes dry, crisp, and clean with a lingering hint of orange peel oil that invites another sip and feeling to belt out: “Go on and squeeze me like ya do, I’m so in love with you!”

​This one is a shout out to all the girls you met in church, those Everyday Saints who could roll their eyes just enough with a slight bit of a knowing smile—not bad, just delightfully up to something.
This traditional saison captures that exact energy. Brewed with a classic farmhouse yeast, it opens with a mischievous spark of clove, straw, and rustic funk. We rested it on enough blackberries to add a mild ruby hue and a juicy fruit layer without overpowering the unique aromas and flavors that saison is known for. It is complex, slightly tart, and finishes wonderfully dry. Exactly like that girl in the pew across the aisle, there is just somethin' 'bout it.

Appearance - Blonde straw in color, bright white head, moderate haze

Aroma - Faint capsaicin on the nose blended with wit esters of clove and allspice

Taste - Bright pepper balanced with clove and mild citrus. Moderate spice and capsaicin especially in the finish. Lingering tingle on the palate and back of the throat.

This Belgian-style Witbier navigates a path entirely its own. Brewed for the moment you’re trying to help but she has her own proprietary method of desktop navigation.
We took a traditional, refreshing wheat base and layered it with bright, fruity habanero peppers. The aroma bursts with fresh pepper skin and tropical citrus, seamlessly balancing the classic Belgian yeast esters of clove and sweet baking spice. It delivers a crisp, pillowy mouthfeel with a mild-to-medium pepper heat that pleasantly lingers on the back of the throat.
It's crisp, it's spicy, and it refuses to follow your user manual. Sip it slowly—just don't tell us how to move the page.

Red IPA with West Coast hop additions. Deep copper red in color, pine and grapefruit hop notes, malty caramel finish. Predominantly malty and bitter hop in taste.

Breakneck Pace

Classic Wheat Ale style with subtle notes of lemon peel and citrus. Fermented on German Ale Yeast, the nose tells you 'traditional' while the finish tells you 'crafty'. Predominantly refreshing and bright in taste. Light golden straw color, slightly hazy.

Farmer Tom's Fountain

Taste - Starts with a citrus rind and pine resin that lends a flavorful balance to the light body. Finishes smooth with a lingering hop bitterness. Easy drinking, West Coast IPA inspired session beer.
This beer is a liquid thank you to our friend, Tom who generously lent us his barn for over a year to house our entire brewing system while we prepped our basement brewery. He also inspired the name during a memorable brew day when he walked in and innocently asked us about the "unusual tank outside shooting water out the top." We ran upstairs to find our recapture tank overflowing, dumping our clean, environmentally friendly irrigation water rushing down the back hill like a fountain.
This easy-drinking 4% ABV session IPA is packed with West Coast inspiration. Expect crisp notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and a clean, refreshing bitterness from the blend of Citra and El Dorado hops. It delivers maximum flavor with ultimate crushability. We dedicate this one to good neighbors, great help, and making sure you install an overflow valve.
Wise Unkel Dunkel

Our Dunkelweisen is medium brown in color with a slight wheat haze. This ale is malty and mild with only a hint of hops and a bit of a tang to round out the finish.
Wise Unkel Dunkel was originally brewed as an exclusive for Brudergarten's renaissance festival. It is wise beyond its time and has just a twinkle of mischief in its eye, kinda like your favorite uncle telling a story that sounds just believable enough to be true but has a hint of mystery that keeps you wondering.
Coun'y Pounder

Taste - Balanced, noble hops and honey notes that are clean, refreshing, and crisp. A beer that tastes like traditional American lager (similar to large production brewery beers)
This Helles Lager was crafted to be clean and crisp with a mild yeast flavor. Predominantly light and easy drinking.
Clear in color. Coun'y Pounder was fashioned for the local crowd who may just be getting into craft beer. Our 'gateway' beer for guests who prefer a 10oz beer on most occasions. This is as close to a light domestic pilsner as we are willing to get.
Peaceful Passenger

This hard apple cider was made locally with Amish sourced apples and pressed on their farm in Leonardtown. Fermented on brewer’s yeast, this offering is aimed at both sweet and dry cider fans alike.
